This office represents Harry G. Smith in
matters concerning but not limited to pictures from Okinawa of
his and the accuracy of information about Harry G. Smith
regarding his karate instruction by Tatsuo Shimabukuro for any
and all publications.
I have read your publication Isshinryu: The
History & Evolution of the "One -Heart Way" and I was appalled
by the inaccuracies contained within along with he possible
use of pictures belonging to Harry G. Smith.
I would expect that for all revisions of
this publication you would correct certain inaccurate facts
pertaining to Harry G. Smith. I would also expect any pictures
published that our client, Harry G. Smith, owns be excluded
without the express written consent of Harry G. Smith. We
contend some pictures being published today, reportedly
belonging to others, actually are the property of Harry G.
Smith. We are prepared to take necessary legal recourse to
protect our clients rights.
