Dear Sir:
Just
recently I became aware of your name, again, being used on the
internet stating certain facts about myself that are an
invasion of my privacy. See enclosed documents.
My first
letter to you on 6/11/96 via certified mail, copy enclosed,
remains unanswered to this date. Note that letter is notorized
and sent certified mail and sent to you by the law firm of
Powell, Rogers and Speaks in Harrisburg PA.
Since
this last invasion, I intend to pursue this matter to it's
final chapter, even if it means suing all parties involved. I
do not, nor ever did want any trouble with anyone, much less
from a custodian of the Peace of the United States.
At one
time in my life, many years ago, in Harrisburg, PA, my
personal attorney was George Gekas. He is a man who would look
into my request, I am asking you to do the same. I do not want
you to verify any claims because that is not the intent of
this letter. My intent is to just stop the person from
continuing his personal vendetta.
I am
enclosing a copy of his remarks concerning you. Make note that
his is correcting mistakes in his first book, yet in the first
book the circumstances he alludes to do not exist, namely
anything about my military background. I also am including
three pages of CIA documents which clarify my position, namely
that on page two laying out how any information about myself
may be obtained.
I only
have one request. If you did not make these statements or pass
any information to David Evseeff. I would appreciate a
response, in writing.
Thank
you for your time in reading this seemingly unimportant bit of
trouble, but to me, my personal honor, not ego, is at stake.
